Six things to know about using Oube. No legalese.

  1. Your licence

    Oube is licensed under Apple’s standard end user licence agreement, through the App Store or TestFlight.

  2. It’s a beta

    Expect bugs and changes. Keep copies of anything important, and builds expire as TestFlight sets.

  3. Ask before you record

    You’re responsible for telling people they’re being recorded and getting consent where the law requires it.

  4. Other AI apps

    Claude, ChatGPT and other apps you send transcripts to run under their own terms.

  5. Check what matters

    Transcripts are automatic and can be wrong. We aren’t liable for indirect losses, as far as the law allows. Your consumer rights stay intact.

  6. Estonian law

    These terms follow Estonian law, plus any mandatory protections where you live in the EU.
